♥'Monday, January 12, 2009 So these past days in school have been wearing me out. It is not that school itself is especially tedious (or maybe it is?), but strangely, it has been getting more and more tiring as the days go by. Fuelled by the fact I have been dreaming and waking up at odd hours of the night, my exhaustion has dragged along mercilessly, and still, I am unable to get one single night of deep, peaceful sleep. I cannot take a sleeping pills prescribed for my insomia as a average day of school finishes at 4pm for me. By the time I finish everything I have to do (shower, homework, and dinner), it is usually 11pm or 12am, 6 or 5 hours till I have to get up again. The pills will not let me stay conscious for that short period of time! Like, I don't get it? I can tune out in school, but when it comes to sleep, I toss and turn and wake up every 1 or 2 hours, I wish it would stop, because it is affecting my studies. Is it something I have been eating? So like, today in school was the same. Level excerise in the morning, a 1km run around VJC, before stretching. It was okay, but I don't know why I just could not keep up like last times, Averyn finished ahead of me even! The lessons today, thankfully, did not seem to drag. Partially because I was tuned out for half of every lesson, merely catching on bits and pieces. Even art, was a trivial affair. I did wake up when Nicola began molesting me, oh well, good things do come to an end. Did I mention she slathered some foriegn pimple gel all over my face till it was sticky for an hour? Oh my, she'd better slather somemore because I think it's working ;D We did the CNY decoration things, a lot of people brought red packets, but, it was just not enough. I wish I could do more.. Even if it is merely 8.08pm at night, my body and mind is yelling (barely actually, I doubt it can function anymore) at me to go to bed. But my logical side knows that is of no use whatsoever. I hope the class can bring more decos. The notice board is B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L, but the rest of the class is so plain, uugh! I got to study ting xie, I don't know if I can make anymore decorations tonight, I think I resemble a corpse. |
